TECHNOHULL®’s state-of-the-art shipyard in Lavrio, Attica marks the dawn of a new era not only for the brand but for the whole industry, as well.
The facility, completed in mid 2021, lies on 70-acre plot of land and is one of the most modern and technologically advanced shipyards in the mid-size boats category. Being the largest investment ever made in the given sector and one of the largest internationally, it marks TECHNOHULL®’s presence as a competitive shipyard in the global arena.
With a total area of more than 25,000 sq.m. of roofed premises, the facility’s size and available space fosters a fully integrated vertical production. Nonetheless, it’s the technological infrastructure of the shipyard that creates vast opportunities and above all leads to a new solid basis for the days to come
Perfectly organized, the facility hosts every step of the production process from concept development, design and prototyping to final production, engineering and fittings, while its proximity to the sea allows for effortless testing and sea trials.
The shipyard features the most advanced infrastructure in all aspects of production. Milling machines from small scale to a 5-axis 20x8x7 metres milling unit of the leading company Belotti Spa cater for all in house prototyping processes.
Fully controlled spray booths, post curing oven environment for the whole production, micro finishing paint booths for final product along with lean, standardized and environmentally friendly production processes ensure the highest boat building quality and, most importantly, exhibit the capacity to uphold even the most demanding and challenging projects.
With the aim to offer a seamless visitor experience and set new standards for customer satisfaction, the shipyard features everything one could ask for from a modern facility, from easy access parking area and charging station for electric cars to a well-ordered service area and state of the art offices and meeting rooms.
